Dr Laurian Dragos is a Consultant Urologist at Cambridge University Hospitals, specialising in urinary stone disease and advanced minimally invasive surgery, including flexible ureteroscopy and percutaneous nephrolithotomy. His clinical interests also include the management of upper tract urothelial tumours and benign prostatic enlargement, including MIST and AEEP. He has a strong interest in emerging urological technologies, particularly lasers and advanced endoscopic platforms. Laurian is highly committed to education and surgical training, teaching urology trainees and medical students in Cambridge. He regularly organises and delivers national and international endourology courses, workshops, and masterclasses, and welcomes visiting surgeons and fellows. He is an official trainer for the EAU. He is a board member of the EAU Endourology Section and a founding member of PETRA. He is frequently invited to lecture, perform live surgery, and contribute to international training initiatives worldwide.
